In art class, we were to make a collage and then paint it. This was to help us detect and mix the correct colours that were before us. We were also to provide a sense of depth in colour. My collage was made from microscopic photographs of rocks with beautiful colours hidden inside. This is the final result. We were only to use yellow, red, blue, brown and white paint, and I made the canvas frame and stretched the canvas myself (for the first time!). This took approximately fifteen hours after art class, where I pulled an all-nighter and created this from start to finish.
I hope you enjoy it!
